Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@momakodesigns.com. We will get back to you within three business days. Returns must be shipped out (tracking updated) within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping label to avoid a 30% restocking fee.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. If you do, the contents of the package becomes our property and we will not return it to you or provide a refund. If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
You are responsible for all shipping fees, and these are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package with receipt/proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Any return received after 14 days of receiving your shipping label will be charged a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any return received not within the requirements for a refund as above (same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) will be eligible for a partial refund only.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund notification email will be sent to you when we process the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid any additional fees.
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, there will be a 15% fee associated with the cancellation to cover the processing time that was initiated.
Customs, Import Fees & Refused Deliveries
For international orders, buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not refundable by us.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, refunds will be issued once we receive the returned package. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping cost and any carrier‑imposed return or refusal fees. Customs, import fees, and carrier refusal fees are non‑refundable.
