Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–15 business days. International orders may take up to 6 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on USPS and external factors.

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages, and we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties or customs fees.

Processing Time 

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, about 2-5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will contact you via email if more time is needed. Any delay in processing times due to vacation periods will be displayed on website. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Lost Orders

If your order gets lost in transit, please contact us at info@momakodesigns.com and we will submit a missing mail search request to USPS. If a package appears to be lost, it takes 2-3 weeks or longer for USPS to process the missing mail request and confirm its status. A refund or replacement will not be sent to you until confirmation from USPS is received.

Misdelivered Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your neighbors and local post office to find the package. We are unable to do anything and will not refund or send you a new order as we are not liable.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping prices and are determined by local customs authorities, so we cannot predict, control, or cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If you refuse to pay these fees, you will be charged a fee to have the order sent back to you (this fee is decided by the postal carrier, not us). Once the item is received back, you'll be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return or refusal fees charged by the carrier.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier-imposed refusal fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges.
